(More customer reviews)I bake approximately 100 - 150 dozen cookies during the holiday season for my grandchildren's school parties, cookies for office parties for my daughter and son-in-law, and also to give to my special friends and neighbors. They all look forward to my baking. I've found several different size of "portion servers" also known as "ice cream scoops" and have found that the 2 tablespoon size is just perfect. No more using two teaspoons for a uniform size. Also, you don't have to roll into a ball (for Snickerdoodles for Thumbprint cookies). It's just perfect. Also, it makes a great gift for your loved ones that enjoy baking for their friends and family. Hope you all enjoy this little trick. It save a heck of a lot of time. Happy Holidays and Happy Baking. It's all very well and good that your scoop scoops ice cream efficiently. But what to do if the ice cream remains stick in the scoop? That will never happen if you are using this well designed tool. Squeeze the metal lever trigger and a metal piece behind the ice cream lifts it, separating it cleanly from the scoop so that it drops a nicely sized dollop of ice cream into the waiting vessel. Great for use with cookie batter too!
