(More customer reviews)The product description implies that this product works almost instantaneously when applied but I found that not to be the case. It should given the price. I had to reapply as often or nearly as often as other brands of ice melt that I've used in the past.
It is true that this ice melt does not leave any unslightly white residue wherever applied. Another plus is the packaging in a bucket. It allows for storage without spillage which is a definite plus because you won't want to waste any!
