(More customer reviews)I don't know how else to put it... this brand totally SUCKS! I purchased 3 so i can have two other friends come over and help me bake cookies for a bake sale. The scooper arm came dislodged after the first scoop. I fixed it then it did it again. I don't think I got one decent scoop out of it. After the third try, I gave up. I was using it for nothing but the most basic sugar cookie dough. Can you imagine the hassle if I was making something more chunky? *ugh!* like i said... DON'T EVEN BOTHER!
