For making a globe or ice ball, fill the plastic globes with water, clip the lid shut, freeze for 6 hours and VOILA, the perfect size for a single "rocks" glass with minimal "melt." They are easy to fill and even easier to remove after they are frozen - ice ball pops right out! Product says it can also be used for other liquids. Make several and keep them frozen in a plastic bag in the freezer!
