A premium brand fondant that is smooth and pliable- yet tastes really good! Ready to roll and shape- simply knead first until pliable. Fondant is used to cover cakes for a perfectly smooth iced surface. It is also used creatively to shape borders, flowers, leaves, figures & other decorations. Fondant can be colored by adding gel paste, or flavored by using concentrated flavorings. Kosher pareve. One year shelf life when tightly sealed in plastic.
