(More customer reviews)I have always been hesitant to use fondant because I have heard such horrible things about it. I bought this brand to try and it is great. It absorbs dyes wonderfully and tastes great! I use it for cake accents, not covering the entire cake and no one has any problems eating it! In fact, someone was actually pulling the designs off and eating just the fonant. Weird, I know - but, true! Hope this helps!
