I am only doing five gallon batches, but it could definitely do seven and a halves or tens in the 1.060 or under range. Can produce high gravity beers up to seven and a half gallons. It insulates well, cover is removable and cleans pretty easily. I will probably buy another as a regular cooler for outings since I like this one so much!
