(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 sets of olympia ice tea crystal glasses. Excitedly I opened the first box. The first one I tried picking up the base was broken. The second box had one glasses obliterated in shipping. I contacted the company within 30 minutes of receiving the products. I was informed two replacement glasses would be shipped out.
I can say the company was prompt in the replacement. The design of the glasses are gorgeous. Should you need a formal or semi-formal setting, these glasses can play a gorgeous part in either of those settings.
I have always had usable crystal for my 2 daughters to use. I don't want them to be put off by formal or semi-formal place setting.
