(More customer reviews)I love this pitcher. It holds the daily recommended 8 cups of water so I don't have to go back and forth at work to get water. Just fill it up once in the morning and voila, have water all day. Hopefully this will make me drink more water because there are days I know I'm dehydrated. I also love the ice guard. No ice in my cup makes it easier to drink. Great purchase!
