Should be the stuff of happiness but my wife was tired of bending spoons in a half-gallon carton of vanilla ice cream, so she told me to go online and find a better solution.
I bought the 1.5 oz size. This scoop, along with a small cup of warm water, makes quick work of the hardest ice cream you'll encounter.
It is light, yet durable. It is easy to clean.
