(More customer reviews)I have home-made chocolate truffles for 6 years and found the Vollrath #60 scoop to provide a cosistent-size mold without mechanical breakdown as those i have used from other manufacturers. It has provided a constant ganache size and thereby a finished truffle. This has allowed me to establish consistent material and S&H costs. The three sccopers I now use have been in service for 2 years without a breakdown. Moreover, by using 3 separate scoopers, I now can fill a half-tray of ganache in 1 hour. Before, using a single scooper, It took me 3 hours, including handwashing and toothbrush scrubbing, thereby saving a significant amount of time.
