The first time I took it apart for cleaning, I scratched the glass while putting it back in the frame. The glass bowl is very thin.
An effort to wipe out the inside of the infuser broke the tiny, fragile handle that was tack-welded on.
This is a pretty pot and functional, but handle it with extreme care when you clean it.
