(More customer reviews)Folks, I purchased this several months ago on the basis of a number of positive reviews on this site. I don't know where these have gone, but they were uniformly positive. I have been using bb heaters for 16 years, this being the 3rd unit I have had. It is the best by far, having kept the concrete basin, 30+ inches wide and relatively shallow, totally free of ice through the recent extended cold (down into high teens, probably averaging in 20s and snow) lasting several weeks here in Md. It is also on a 30' plus extension cord. I would buy this again.
