Always flexible but never floppy, it scrapes clean mixing bowl sides in one stroke, making it my choice for any batter less viscious than cookie dough. The blade attaches firmly to the handle without tendency to pop off. Made of heat resistant silicone, I find it convenient for sauteing vegetables on non-stick surfaces. But be warned the handle is not resistant like the blade, keep it away from hot saucepan rims lest it melt.
This particular model is a medium pink, but I prefer the more sedate gray version.
