(More customer reviews)My wife and I ordered two sets, as we wanted service for twelve. Both sets arrived intact (no broken glasses or pitchers), the quality and heft of the glasses and pitchers is just right and the glass is clear and free from defects.
The only reason that we didn't give this set five stars is that the design of the pitchers lends itself to cracking down a seam that runs across the front of the pitcher.
We broke one pitcher the first time we used the set when it bumped against another dish in the sink. We have used the second pitcher several times since and are careful to keep it away from other dishes or pans.
