(More customer reviews)The picture you see is not what you get. In correspondence with the seller they advise that if you carefully review the text you note that you only get a hot pack. No cold pack is included. They made every effort to blame me when they are the ones who are using a picture that misrepresents their product. When that failed they blamed Amazon. This company is a model of what not to do in internet sales.
