(More customer reviews)cooler is excellent product however, due to a computer glich i ended up with 2 coolers. i emailed sim supply and as of this review a month has gone by and no response. now i am stuck with a second cooler costing $82 with shipping. so beware of sim supply, the return policy sucks.
