(More customer reviews)These work great...a little bit of ice in the bottom and the dip is cold for hours. An added bonus is that if you put the vegetables around it on the tray, the outside of the server gets colder as the ice melts and it keeps the veggies cool as well.
One caution...though...as other reviewers have mentioned...these are not packaged for shipping. The first time I ordered, they both arrived broken. Of course, Amazon.com replaced them for free, but I did have to wait a few more weeks. So, if you need them for a special event or as a gift, make sure you order early to allow for a second shipment if needed.
