(More customer reviews)After using a Henckels Four Star 7" hollow-edge Santoku as my main mid-size knife for years, I decided to try the Four Star II 6" chef's knife, which is a bit heftier and has a curved blade. It is very sharp and well balanced, and I'm finding myself using it more than the Santoku. My wife, on the other hand, prefers the lightness of the Santoku. So our set has grown, but not at the expense of any of its members. The quality and versatility keep our preparation time more manageable. We strongly recommend the Four Star II 6" chef's knife, as well as other members of that line, of which we own several.
