(More customer reviews)Extrordinarily sharp knife set. I was able to cut clean through a steak just by holding the tail end of the knife between finger and thumb and letting the weight of the knife do the cutting. They aren't serrated because they don't need to be.
If you drop one do NOT try to catch it, and be careful cleaning as they'll happily shred sponges, cloths and dish brushes too.
