(More customer reviews)These bowls are a pretty compliment to the rest of the Sango Nova Black line. We found that after only a few months of sporadic use, the inside of the bowls developed some serious cracks. When we would take them out of our new, effective dishwasher, there was this sticky brown stuff oozing out of those cracks. Some just broke in the dishwasher or sink for no apparent reason. We've been disappointed in how the Sango has held up - many broken/chipped/cracked pieces, and we've only had the set about 18 months.
We will not be purchasing any more Sango dinnerware, but are switching to Noritake Colorwave Graphite.
