Cuisinart Ice Cream Scoop with ABS Handle, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I was tired of bending spoons and struggling with cheap tinny ice cream scoops. I have arthritis and not a lot of strength in my hands but this baby does all the work for me making the ice cream easy to dig out of the carton. I love the pointed end for digging in and the substantial handle for managing the dig. If the ice cream is too hard I will warm the scoop with warm water first but I rarely need to do that. Also, once the ice cream is out of the carton, it easily slides off the scoop and into the bowl.
I love the scoop and bought one as a Christmas Gift for a relative who had a good ice cream scoop on their Christmas list.

Trudeau Fusion Ice Cube Trays, Set of 2 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I was throwing a summer babyshower for my sister, and I decided the theme would be "Summer Treats", as her baby would be born in June. So, of course, I set out to make lemonade, limeade, icetea, and other delicious summer musts! I saw these on at a pricey local store for nearly double the price! Being on a budget, I hmmphed and went on my way. While I was looking for a diaper bag on amazon, I decided to look and see if they had these! Viola, another instance where Amazon saved my day, and in this case, my party! These where a HUGE hit. I ordered two sets (Four trays) and I recieved an orange, a yellow, a pink, and a lime green tray! They froze fast and evenly, and came out like carved ice! PERFECT! I recieved SO many compliments on the ice and everyone was curious where I got them. I'm sure they'd be great in cocktails, and even soft drinks! FANTANSTIC PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Amazon!

Oxo Good Grips Points Ice Cream Scoop Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We had the OXO Good Grips Points Ice Cream Scoop and thought it was pretty good. Actually, it was pretty good when we were buying Edy's or Breyer's ice cream. Then I started buying Trader Joe's premium ice cream, which is SO AMAZINGLY GOOD... It's better than Haagen Daaz or Ben & Jerry's, and cheaper, too. Back to the ice cream scoop, though: it broke. It snapped off where that little skinny "metal" neck goes into the handle. And then I learned that it's really made of metal-coated plastic.
It has been replaced with a Zyliss Ice Cream scoop, which ROCKS. I can't imagine how that one would ever break, so now I'll go review that one!

Hard, unscoopable ice cream can seem like the worst obstacle at the end of a long, hard day. Don't be kept from your delicious dessert any longer; use OXO's innovative Good Grips Points ice cream scoop. Delightfully straightforward in design, it uses fine edges all around the perimeter of the scoop to slice through and scoop the hardest of ice creams with ease. The black handle is soft, comfortable, and cushioned so that your hand is not as strained, the the head is an attractive polished chrome silver in appearance.
