(More customer reviews)I love the look of this dispenser and it displays beverages beautifully. However, the spigot is extremely cheap (plastic with silver coating) and on it's first use, it broke off completely. The return or exchange policy is awful. The seller states that the defective item must be returned within 7 days of purchase. We bought this item intending for it's use for a party that was a month away. So needless to say, we were out of the warranty. I'm not understanding why there is only a 7 day warranty on a brand new item, maybe because they know it is cheap? Needless to say, I am extremely displeased both with the quality of the product and the customer service from the selling company. I would not recommend the purchase of this item.
UPDATE* - After contacting Central Chef (seller) they referred me over to the manufacturer, Home Essentials, for a replacement spigot. We are receiving a new spigot to replace the broken one. Hopefully this will last longer and if not, I will probably search out a metal spigot on my own to replace this one since we cannot return the item.
