(More customer reviews)The broom part is great - nice and soft bristles, wide and thick area of bristles, and most importantly, did not scratch my vehicle. The brush head lies flat for storage (like shown in the picture) and then twists into position for use when clearing snow. This feature would be nice in theory, but the brush did not stay in position for me and kept twisting back toward the flat position. It was very irritating to have to keep reorienting the brush head during use (especially when it was snowing and I wanted to get the snow cleared quickly and be on my way). The ice scraper part seemed okay, but I have a separate small handheld ice scraper that I use and I do not require one on my snow brush. The telescoping handle and padded grip are nice features. I did give the product a chance and used it over the course of the entire winter last year, but the twisting brush design is so poor that it was no longer worth the aggravation. I have since donated this snowbrush - maybe it will work better for others.
