(More customer reviews)The stainless steel hinges are about 1/8" too long to fit the recess in the plastic of my Igloo Kool Mate 40. In addition, the holes only line up in the long direction and not in the short. The stainless steel hinge size is 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" and the hole spacing is 1 13/16" x 5/8". If they will fit your cooler I think they will be a good option.
