Here's what to do: find a metal tumbler (like the annodized retro-tumblers of the 1950's), or use any clean, heat tolerant container (preferably, tapered, and not too heavy) and be sure to grease and flower the outside of it and carefully nestle it at least half way down in the batter in the center of the igloo. Then bake it as directed. The cake will have an empty place in the center (as igloos do, anyway) and you can use your imagination as to what kind of a tasty filler you like to fill the void with, OR, leave it just as it is!
