I bought them because of the high ratings from other customers. Indeed, these are great little cupcake toppers. The Hello Kitty is clear - no mistaking who it is, the colors are perfect and the quality is very nice. We had no broken ones...except one did break while peeling it off, but, like another reviewer, it was easy to put it in the frosting and place3 it together as if it was still one solid piece.
Great buy!

At the manufacturer's web site I was able to buy a set of two for only $5 more.This was perfect as the 4 yr. old has a 2 yr. old sister (although most toys have a 3 yr. old and up warning). When she opened it at the birthday party she beamed as she LOVES CUPCAKES. She realized there were two and, I am proud to say, she said, "Look sissy, there's one for you, too." Their 6 yr. old cousin came to me & asked if I would buy this for his birthday, too. Of course, I said yes, but I'm sure he'll change his mind 10 times.The kids at the party thought it was "cool".Each granddaughter keeps their cupcake stand on their nightstand instead of the toy shelves.The 2 yr. old woke up at 4 a.m. and carried her cupcake stand, cupcakes & all, into her parents bedroom to wake them up & ask them if they would like a cupcake!!!

(More customer reviews)These spoons are super cute but quite impractical. First of all, the handles are so heavy (and the spoon-part is so light) that they topple out of small bowls, which I think are the best for ice cream eating. Second of all, the craftsmanship isn't the best. The first spoon I use broke--the handle detached from the metal spoon-part. I was rather disappointed, because while I value aesthetics, function is just as important, if not more. An ice cream spoon should be sturdier than normal spoons.

It definitely helps me stay uniform and is far less messy compare to other methods I have tried. I have this model and it has stood up well over 100's of cupcakes.
