So we spent the extra money only to be disappointed. Not only did this product not live up to its word, the ice melted after only five or six hours. We hardly opened the cooler. Don't waste you money. We tried refilling the cooler again only to have the same thing happen.

However, there are some issues; the latches are flimsy and the pins drop out, the seal drops out and needs to be replaced using silicon, there are manufacturing blemishes. Also, as of this writing there are not any trays available for this cooler.
Would I purchase this cooler again? Yes, if it was about $ 200.00 less. After about a year, finally sold my cooler. I then purchased another brand that was more expensive, has better latches and the ability to divide the cooler in three equal parts, but hopefully is without the above mentioned flaws.

(More customer reviews)Used this cooler twice just to make sure how bad it was. Pre-cooled drinks + 60 lbs of ice = about 60 hours. It claims it can keep ice for 5 days at 90 degrees - not even close. I kept this in the shade the entire time and had to go searching for ice on the second day of a 4 day fishing trip, then had to reload ice before heading home. The little lid on top is nice, but it is not insulated and it holds condensed water inside. I hope this is not indicative of the Igloo brand. I gave it a try, but I had to return it and trade up to another Coleman.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for a feral cat I care for to help her keep cool in the Phoenix summer heat. She likes it and uses it a lot. She doesn't like to lay on it when it's wet, though (it takes a couple hours for the surface to dry out after soaking). Item seems a little pricey for what you get (the mat is small), but the cat is happy and the mat does what it promises, so I think it was money well spent.

Need to refill every day or two with a couple gallons of H2O and it also has an ICE TRAY you can add ice cubes to that helps cool a little more.
Will buy another if the need arises.

What a GREAT cooler! I work a job that requires a nice size lunch box that keeps stuff cool... and this thing is "cool" enough to handle it. It has a zipper pouch on the front and a mesh pouch in the back, and another mesh pouch inside the lid. One of my favorite features is the METAL zipper! (I HATE those nylon zippers that stick) It also has a nice length shoulder strap. This is a well made product at a fair price. I will buy another when I have destroyed this one I'm sure.

About 3/4 of the way there a set of the wheels fell off. I reached down to pick them up and they were so hot they made a blister on my thumb and finger. The part that the wheel was attached to had melted...I guess from the friction of rolling. Tried to carry it like a backpack...big mistake way too heavy.

(More customer reviews)The handle on this cooler is too short. At 5'5", I am the shortest person in my family, and even I had to stoop over a bit to roll this thing. Taller members found it downright uncomfortable to haul. If you lift up on the handle so that you can stand upright, the cooler tilts far back toward the wheels and at times fell over on its short side. Filled with drinks and ice it gets very heavy, and is difficult to move even with the wheels. To anybody at Coleman: please invent a cooler with four wheels, (with a collapsible long handle) that you can roll along like a baby stroller. My aching back will thank you. On the plus side, the coldness of the thing was great. To experiment, I have not emptied the cooler since our picnic over 48 hours ago, and there is still ice in there and the drinks are still cold.

So I am very delighted with the weight and apparent durability of the Strong Double Wall glasses I received and would have purchased them first had I but known. The "glass" is thick and the weight is hefty.Only two drawbacks, the glasses only hold 11.5 ounces of liquid and the glass does sweat slightly with condensation. So far though, these are the ones to buy.

Maybe next season they will make a plug in version which does not need ice (ha, ha).

Customer service is terrible...I got my cooler back 6 weeks later. I'm a wildland firefighter and its kinda nice to return to my truck and grab a cold drink..I bought a Yeti while I was waiting and couldn't be happier...I'm going to give this cooler away...lol
